The Picture: It had to be him The Story: Luckily, today Rod seems to have come full circle and is as dapper as he has ever been. This is especially good since we can't imagine him singing songs from his Great American Songbook album wearing leopard print tights. But don't dismiss this toned-down attiude for boringness. Rod's still got a thing for velvet suits and unconventional colors that he somehow knows how to make work. This innate sense of style is something that can't be learned from a stylist or designer. It's just something that you're born with and even with some of the fashion faux pas in his past, there is no denying that Rod Stewart has *it* in spades. Plus, he's still got that hair. ~by S.
