	The Pictures: The good times were rolling The Stories: Rod replaced a parting Steve Marriot in the Small Faces in '69 to become their new singer. He also released several solo albums while performing with the Faces through the mid 70's. The Faces had a reputation as complete party boys, getting drunk and playing football onstage all the while looking positively smashing. Mixing elements of glitter, mod, and western, Rod's ensembles started getting more glammed up with satin suits from London shop Alkasura and crushed velvet trousers from Granny Takes a Trip.
