Granted, the members of DVSN are pretty easy on the eyes, but all you have to do
is listen to Black City and you too will probably want to get your freak on
after sampling the sexual tension of the record. Take, for instance, these lyrics from
"Wild and Crazy": "I'm not your toy for penetration/ I'm not your sick
sexual savior/ I am your fucking bad behavior". Rest assured, those are not words
you'll find on the latest Blink 182 album. |

In cyber space, DVSN has been the source of debate over "what is punk?"
"I heard about that," recalls Jonas. When asked what his thoughts were on the subject,
he puts it simply, "Nowadays, you can buy 'punk' in any store but it's more of an attitude.
You can wear a suit and be punk. But I don't want to say the music we do it punk, it's way
more than traditional punk. Whether I'm punk or not, I really don't care." Can you imagine
doing anything else? "Not really. Hopefully, we'll do a couple of more years with this
band and maybe then I'll become a carpenter or a nurse or something."
