For the 4th year running, Goldenvoice presented its annual Coachella Valley
Music and Arts Festival. With roughly 72 musical acts (as well as countless visual and
performance artists and an independent film tent), this year's event was the biggest
ever. The stellar line-up, which included Blur, the Beastie Boys, and the reunited
Stooges, drew a crowd of an estimated 40,000 who invaded the Empire Polo Field in
Indio, California.
However, if you weren't one of the 40,000 in attendance on that late April weekend, we do feel badly for you as a splendid time was had by all. But don't fret, we have the next best thing. |
